Great! You’ve decided to take part in DDMA Experimentation Heroes. Below you’ll find all the categories and the steps you need to take to submit a case. Good luck!

How to submit a case

5 steps

1. Carefully review the categories and criteria and submission rules before submitting your entry.
2. Download and fill in the entry format.

All entries formats are available for download on the categories page.
3. Enter your details below and upload the entry format
4. Click SUBMIT CASE
5. Block all important dates in your agenda ->

Entries can be submitted in Dutch or English.

Categories

The winners will be selected in 3 categories:

  • Conversion
  • Beyond Web
  • Experimentation Culture

To have a shot at becoming an Experimentation Hero, it’s crucial to submit the case under the right category. Consider carefully which category your case belongs in.

Categories and entry forms

Entries will be judged by an independent panel of international search experts and speakers. Check out all jury members here.

15 September (before 17:00)
Deadline case submission

3 October
Announcement of the nominees

5 October
Jury Day: nominees present their case to the jury

31 October
Presentations of all nominees at Experimentation Heroes 2023 and the announcement of the winners
