Traveldeal is an online platform for smart travel bookings, known for timely, relevant offers. Their challenge: reduce time-to-book and boost loyalty by making every message feel personal, without overwhelming users.

The solution wasn’t just another marketing campaign, but a seamless, AI-driven customer profiling flow. Instead of traditional static forms, Traveldeal introduced a light, visual wizard early in the booking journey. This wizard asks four simple questions about travel preferences, subtly integrated into the browsing experience. After answering, users are prompted to leave their email, creating a profile in the customer data platform (Spotler Activate) with actionable preferences.

Immediately after, each user receives a personalized digital travel brochure, generated with Brainvine’s AI. The content is fully tailored. Destination, travel style, tips, and tone of voice match the individual’s profile, making every offer feel unique and relevant.

Collected profiles are leveraged across channels: personalized newsletters, triggered emails, dynamic social ads, and targeted retargeting. All touchpoints reinforce the same personalized story, increasing recognition and conversion.

Continuous optimization is key: user behavior is tracked, A/B tests are run, and the flow is regularly updated for even sharper segmentation and relevance.

Results were immediate: a significant increase in email signups and clickthroughs, along with stronger internal trust in AI-driven content. This case shows that when customer profiling is woven naturally into the user journey, as inspiration, not obligation, personalization drives both trust and conversion.
